York, Pennsylvania. Spring Conference of the Fifth Coast Guard District Northern Region,
Saturday March 11, 2006. The conference took place at the Heritage Hills Resort
Convention Center .John T. Lincoln, placed a display of historical interest and provided
information for the district captain to inform the commanders how to become a historian.
