Guntersville, AL, 24 June 2006. Members of Division 24, North Alabama ,Eighth Easter Region, gather for their very first formal dinner celebration of a Coast Guard Auxiliary Anniversary. Representing the Coast Guard was Lt Ken Hines, Marine Safety Unit, Paducah , KY. Six of the seven Division Flotillas had members in attendance including the current Division Captain Gary Akin and his wife, Vice Division Captain Sandra Merlo and her husband, Past Rear Commodore Bill Benson and his wife.
