Flotilla 1-10 has been able to offer the BS&S course at the University of Puerto Rico Bayamon campus. September 4, is the first day of class and using the new book. All the flotilla instructors and assistants that will be present during the BS&S course met weeks ahead to prepare in new ways the material will be taught.
