Welcome to the Human Resources Department’s Branch on Fellowship!
Fellowship is the Fourth Cornerstone of the Auxiliary program and is intended to be the glue that holds this diverse group of professionals together so that we may efficiently serve the U.S. Coast Guard and the boating public. We are a results-driven organization that takes pride on our many accomplishments, be it a courtesy vessel examination, public education course on safe boating, or saving a life through our Search and Rescue program (SAR). These missions are extremely important in fulfilling our mission of being a force multiplier for the U.S. Coast Guard.
Fellowship is equally as important as our operational missions because it makes our volunteer missions successful. At all social events and official functions (boat patrol, meeting, etc) Auxiliarists with like interests establish friendships which lead to a compatible work environment.
This section of the P Department website will be dedicated to sharing ideas on fellowship. I will post suggestions I have gathered all across the country on ways in which they integrate fellowship into their everyday Auxiliary functions.
I encourage you to share any ideas or suggestions you may have with me.
